Anne Pitcher is a respected and highly experienced luxury retail leader and a leading industry advocate for reinventing luxury retail for a sustainable future. Over an 18-year career with Selfridges and Selfridges Group, most recently as Group Managing Director, Ms. Pitcher has driven outstanding growth while creating a sustainable future for the business, its people, and its customers. The group includes Selfridges in the United Kingdom, Brown Thomas and Arnotts in Ireland, and de Bijenkorf in the Netherlands, and until August 2022, also included Holt Renfrew’s seven stores in Canada.
 
Ms. Pitcher stepped down from the role of Managing Director of Selfridges Group at the end of 2022, having successfully overseen the sale of the group to Central Group and Signa Partners. She is now Deputy Chairman of Holt Renfrew, continuing her long association with the Weston family who own the business.
