During her 20-year career in the beauty industry, Andrea DiNunzio has delivered growth and profitability to both Fortune 500 and private equity-backed companies, such as L’Oréal, Laura Mercier, and Neutrogena. She is currently General Manager of Luxury Skincare for Coty USA, leading the accelerated growth of Coty’s skincare platform. Previously, as President of Lashify, Ms. DiNunzio led the digitally native brand to double sales within 12 months, while increasing EBITDA. As Chief Executive Officer of Dermaflash and General Manager of North America for Iluminage Beauty (a Unilever Ventures company), she successfully turned around and restructured both organizations resulting in record sales and profit.
Ms. DiNunzio’s responsibilities across these powerhouses have included strategic planning, P&L management, brand and digital marketing, product development, customer insights, organizational design, and sales leadership. She has deep experience building brands across DTC, mass, prestige, social, and TV retail channels which has enabled her to think differently about driving growth at a time when consumer shopping patterns are dramatically changing.
She attracts top talent and develops high-performance teams. She is an advocate of empowering next-generation leaders through organizations such as CEW and is a founding member of Chief, a membership network focused on connecting and supporting women executive leaders.
Ms. DiNunzio has a bachelor of arts in biology and a master of business administration from the University of Virginia. She was a recipient of a research grant for genetics from the Pew Foundation.
